The third installment of Tim's family of restaurants opened its doors in 2012 to continue serving up Tim's classic family recipes and one-of-a-kind drinks. Tim's at Lake Anna provides a unique family-friendly atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor lakefront dining experiences.

Tim's at Lake Anna is open year-round and hosts events and specials for every season. The restaurant serves all your seafood favorites, including fresh crabs, oysters, scallops, shrimp, and fish as well as steaks, burgers, and other fare for the landlubbers. The waterfront restaurant is located at The Boardwalk on Lake Anna, a new commercial development situated approximately 9 miles north of Mineral, Virginia. The Boardwalk is the ultimate Lake Anna family destination and houses Moo Thru Ice Cream, LKA Watersports, Mid-Atlantic Watersports, Dockside Realty, C & B Arcade, and Boardwalk Mini-Golf below with Tim's at Lake Anna nestled above.

 

Tim’s is easily accessible by car, boat, and seaplane, with plenty of parking and dock space for all visitors. If arriving by land, Tim’s at Lake Anna is located on Route 522, next to the Harris Bridge.
